Gothic Cabinet Craft will repair or replace any Gothic manufactured product or component that is defective in material or workmanship for as long as you, the original purchaser, own it. Excluded are normal wear and tear (including dents, scratches and finish), negligence or misuse and damage caused by moving or shipping furniture. Knots and natural wood imperfections are not covered. Warranty is only valid when furniture is finished by Gothic. For New York City (five Boroughs), Nassau and Suffolk County customers only, Gothic Cabinet Craft will replace or repair the furniture at no charge for the first year after the purchase. After the first year, and for customers outside of NYC area, if the customer brings the item to our Maspeth Factory for repair, there is no charge, but a travel and/or delivery/pick up fee will apply for in home repairs or pick-ups. Valid only on purchases made on or after 8/1/2011 and your order must be registered on line (www.gothiccabinetcraft.com/lifetime-warranty/) within 30 days of the day you receive your furniture for the warranty to be in effect for Gothic manufactured items. Custom made orders, floor samples, and/or floor models are not covered by this warranty. Any repairs attempted by the customer voids all warranties. In the event of a service request the Service Department may request a photo which can be emailed to service@shopgothic.com Our Glass components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, materials, and construction for one year. Minor scratches, air bubbles, surface waviness or lightly pitted areas occur naturally during glass manufacture, and are not considered quality defects. Normal wear and tear, damages which result from improper use, improper care, accidents, abuse or negligence are not covered by the warranty. Our mechanical components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship, materials, and construction for one year. Normal wear and tear, damages which result from improper use, improper care, accidents, abuse or negligence are not covered by the warranty. All mattresses sold by Gothic Cabinet Craft are warranted solely by the original manufacturer's warranty. Gothic Cabinet Craft reserves the right not to accept any returns on mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging or if Gothic Cabinet Craft determines that the mattress has been improperly used or exposed to any infestation.

I just bought my second unit recently for my ever-expanding record collection after buying my first one a year or so ago. These are built well and look great. Got some compliments on them when I have friends over.

Sturdy, But Packaged Too Soon
This is the third of this type of record shelf I've purchased over the last decade, one unfinished, and two finished, and generally I would recommend them highly. After waiting over a month for my latest purchase to show up, however, I was disappointed to see that they packaged it too soon, when the finish was not yet 100% dry. After unpacking, there are faint lines/stripes around the top corners where the grooves of the cardboard packing was tightly wrapped. Polishing and buffing has not made them come out. Ultimately it will probably not detract hugely from the piece, but is disappointing after spending several hundred dollars and about 5 weeks of waiting. In the future, I hope they'll let it dry a day or two longer ....

Absolutely beautiful
This LP cabinet is absolutely beautiful; it is the focal point of my living room since I have installed it. Easily the sturdiest piece of furniture I own for not that much more than a piece of fiberboard garbage from Ikea would cost--and it's made in the U.S.A. What's not to love? If you collect LPs you owe it to yourself to pick up one of these amazing cabinets to showcase and protect your collection.

I ordered this record shelving unit to replace my growing collection of crates, and was looking for something more sturdy to hold everything.
This is an incredibly sturdy piece and it very comfortably holds my entire collection.

Record racks
I bought 4 of the 3 x 3 floor style record racks and asked that they be stained in antique cherry. They're nice and sturdy and look good in my studio. My only very minor issue is I have one boxed set that is just slightly too large to fit. This isn't a big deal at all though, I have maybe a dozen or so other boxed sets that fit just fine, so I'll just find somewhere else to place the one that's too big.
